1. SIZING & FIT
Q: How do I know which shoe size to order? A: Most of our shoes run true to size. However, sizing can vary slightly between sneakers, boots, and heels. We recommend checking the specific size chart provided on each product page before ordering.
Q: Do you offer wide-width shoes? A: Currently, we offer standard (medium) widths for most of our men's and women's collections. If a specific style is available in wide-width, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: When will my shoes arrive? A: We process orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, transit time is usually 4–7 business days. Total delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: At this time, Fevy primarily ships within the United States. Please stay tuned as we look to expand our shipping zones in the future!
3. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return my shoes if they don't fit? A: Yes! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your shoes. Please ensure they are in new, unworn condition and in the original shoe box.
Q: Are there any return shipping fees? A: No! We provide a pre-paid return label inside every package. Return shipping is free for our customers.
4. PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure? A: Absolutely. Our store is PCI DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption to ensure your financial data is 100% protected.
5. SHOE CARE
Q: How should I clean my Fevy shoes? A: For sneakers, we recommend using a soft brush and mild soap. For leather boots or dress shoes, use a damp cloth and specialized leather conditioner. Avoid machine washing unless the product tag specifically says it’s safe.
