1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your shoes to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following criteria:

The shoes must be in New condition—unworn and unused.

The item must be in the original packaging (including the original shoe box).

All original tags and labels must still be attached.
3. RETURN METHOD
All returns are handled by mail.
4. RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS
We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible:

Return Label: A pre-paid return shipping label is included in the package with your original order.

Return Shipping Cost: There is no cost for return shipping when you use the provided label.
5. RESTOCKING FEES
Fevy does not charge any restocking fees. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs for our customers.
6. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned items and inspect their condition, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.

Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the shoes are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/style, contact us immediately at support@fevy.shop so that we can correct the issue right away.
