Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Fevy. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

All orders placed before 05:00 PM (EST) will be processed starting the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

2. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME (HANDLING TIME)

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our goal is to provide fast and reliable delivery for all our footwear.

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or extreme weather.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your shoes are shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Fevy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. DAMAGES

Fevy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.

7. DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We ship to all destinations within our service areas. Estimated delivery time for all destinations is 5-10 business days.
